Hi! I’m Crispin!
I live in Oregon’s Columbia River Gorge and find much of my inspiration here. I have a wide range of technical expertise with data centers, networking, diagnosing, instructional design and project management. In the evenings and weekends, I’m usually exploring the local wilderness, reading, writing, knitting, or painting.
I have a background in digital art, and worked as a web and production designer for many years before joining the corporate world and working in a data center. There I learned to hone my skills in a fast paced world, worked to deliver hardware and networking gear, and enjoyed managing some instructional design projects for our training guides.
I also paint glow in the dark murals on the side, which is a labor intensive but very rewarding gig. But my current focus is my love for watercolors and creating art for licensing and manufacturing purposes. I enjoy focusing on creatures and environments (both real and imagined). I draw my creative influences from the mountains, forests, and the local bird population.
